Automated Veneer Grading Line Installed for Erapan in Tokat, Turkiye
We partnered with Erapan to install a fully integrated, automated veneer grading line — a complete transition from subjective manual labor to data-driven precision. An automatic vacuum feeder, EUNIAN VMA-312 Moisture Analyser, iPAWS-306i Smart Surface Quality Scanner, and a 5-stage auto stacker work in sync to sort every sheet by moisture and surface grade, optimizing workforce and maximizing grade recovery.

EUNIAN partnered with a leading plywood manufacturer in Johor Bahru to integrate our GENUS-306i roller-dryer smart control system. Moisture content stabilized within ±1% of target, reducing redraw rates by 35% and split incidents by 50%. Overall yield increased by nearly 20%.
New Leading Equipment Manufacturer — NANTONG HONGHAI Facility Nears Completion
As of July 3, 2026, NANTONG HONGHAI EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. has successfully installed the final 16t overhead crane at its facility in Nantong Hai'an, with the factory projected to officially open on October 1, 2026.
